It gives MLROs, DPOs, compliance teams and senior managers a controlled platform for their work while preserving their professional and regulatory decision-making roles.

OVARA helps each licensed organisation manage customer and business verification, risk review, recordkeeping and reporting through structured workflows and traceable evidence. The organisation retains its policies, risk appetite and regulatory decision-making role, while OVARA provides the controlled environment in which that work is recorded and governed.

Platform information and structured workflows help authorised reviewers focus their work and apply the organisation’s procedures consistently. Authorised users verify material information and make the final decisions, with the supporting evidence and review history retained in the case record.
Source transparency and evidence quality
OVARA keeps documents, declarations, registry information and other supported evidence connected to their source and status. This gives authorised reviewers a clearer basis for assessing whether information is current and sufficient and for requesting further evidence when needed.
Contracts and liability
Service scope, price, support, data-processing terms, liability and service levels are governed by the executed agreement and order form. Nothing on this website excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
OVARA names, branding, software, workflows and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Viewing this site does not grant a licence to use them.
